Trade-in values are based on all original parts including box. The value will be reduced by £5 if you are trading your PSP without a box. Any axtra items you send, such as memory cards, will be added on to the value when the items are processed.
IMPORTANT : When Trading-in any console it must be UK PAL versions, fully working with the manufacturers guarantee security seal(s) intact and all items that come with it when new must be present (not paperwork but controllers/cables/memory cards etc).
Any consoles sent to us without following the above guidelines will not be accepted and will be destroyed or returned to the customer at their own expense.
All our games are boxed complete unless stated otherwise and come complete with a free 3 month guarantee.
