Sent them a game 2+ months ago, still waiting for payment
Traded in a game over 2 months ago and I'm still waiting on payment. It appears they've also blocked my main email address because when I try to send messages from that account (asking about my payment as politely and respectfully as possible), it fails instantly. However, I've had no problem sending the same message from my secondary email.
Massive shame because they've been nothing but reliable and helpful in the past, not to mention they were offering some of the best prices around. When it came to this trade in, and I first enquired about why it was taking so long for payment, I was told they were busy sorting out a massive amount of POPs which is totally fine, these things happen and it can really back up the orders list.
But after 2 months of waiting, messages that went from acknowledged to ignored to denied altogether, I feel really let down and cheated by a company I once relied on and felt comfortable with.
Will update if I do eventually get paid, but not holding my breath.
